Job Title: Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team in Faro. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and events. Your role will involve selecting and arranging flowers, creating bouquets and centerpieces, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use your artistic vision to create stunning floral arrangements
- Select and purchase fresh flowers from suppliers
- Prepare flowers by trimming stems, removing thorns, and conditioning them for longevity
- Create bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and other floral designs according to client specifications
- Assist with event set-up and installation of floral arrangements on-site
- Ensure all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Passion for flowers and design with a strong eye for color, texture, and composition
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, care instructions, and availability throughout the year
- Ability to create unique designs while following clients' requests
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time while arranging flowers
- Knowledge of basic flower arrangement techniques such as wiring, taping, wrapping stems is preferred
- Experience with event design or wedding planning is a plus
Salary: 1100$ per month with accommodation provided.
