Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

A luxury hotel in Khanpur is seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and hospitality, with a track record of success in driving revenue and building relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of the hotel. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, available to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to inform decision making
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Biometric passport is required for international travel purposes.
