Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers on a luxury cruise ship. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for passengers on board the cruise ship
- Respond promptly and courteously to passenger inquiries and concerns
- Handle and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide information about the ship's amenities, activities, and excursions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

This position offers a salary of $1700 per month. As this is an international cruise line, applicants from all nationalities are welcome. No previous English language skills are required for this job. However, fluency in English would be advantageous.
