Land Surveyor



We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and collecting data to help determine property boundaries and create maps for construction and development projects. Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using the latest technology and equipment
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to determine property boundaries
- Create maps and plans using survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals in construction projects
- Prepare reports, charts, and graphs of survey results
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of all survey-related activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, levels etc.
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently

Salary: $1600 per month
