Land Surveyor


We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and creating detailed maps for various construction and engineering projects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Ability to interpret engineering plans and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Nepali nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Create detailed maps, charts, and reports based on collected data
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed property
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate information for project planning
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, standards, and regulations
- Maintain proper records of survey data
- Train junior surveyors on surveying techniques
- Attend project meetings as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
