A reputable healthcare facility in Braga, Portugal is seeking a skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team on a contract basis. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs and developing personalized meal plans to help them achieve their health goals. This position requires a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans for patients based on their medical history, dietary preferences, and health goals
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans
- Educate patients on proper nutrition and provide them with resources to maintain a healthy lifestyle
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with current research and trends in the field of nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field
- Proven experience as a Dietitian, preferably in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Biometric passport

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

This position is located in Braga, Portugal.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.
