Puncher Specialist



Our company is currently seeking a skilled Puncher Specialist to join our team in Zagreb. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for accurately punching and perforating materials according to specifications, using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch machines to create holes, slots, or perforations in various materials such as paper, cardboard, and plastic
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine hole patterns and dimensions
- Set up machines by selecting appropriate tools and dies, adjusting speed and pressure settings
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy of punched materials
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machine or materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience operating punch machines in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (ruler, calipers)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physical dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
