Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality Developer


We are seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality Developer to join our growing team in Akron. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing VR/AR applications and experiences for various platforms. You will work closely with our design team to bring their ideas to life using your technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop VR/AR applications for different platforms such as Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Microsoft HoloLens, etc.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to create immersive and interactive experiences.
- Write efficient and well-documented code using Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Optimize performance of applications to ensure smooth user experience.
- Test and debug applications to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in VR/AR technology.
- Provide technical support to clients as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Game Development or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in virtual or augmented reality development.
- Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Strong programming skills in C# or C++.
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as Maya or Blender is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphics programming and shaders is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
$1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Akron, Ohio (open to remote work for exceptional candidates)
