As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans for various projects in the city of Akron, Canada. Your main goal will be to create visually appealing, cost-effective, and sustainable designs that meet the needs and desires of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Create detailed architectural drawings using specialized software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design ideas
- Research and stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry trends
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on their feedback
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are structurally sound and feasible
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month.
