Solar Installer

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Karachi. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, designing and planning system layouts, installing solar panels and inverters, and ensuring all equipment is properly connected and functioning. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the installation process. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in solar panel installation, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panel installation
- Design and plan system layouts based on customer needs and site conditions
- Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other equipment according to specifications
- Ensure all equipment is properly connected and functioning correctly
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process
- Adhere to all safety protocols while on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in solar panel installation preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar panel installation
- Strong technical skills and ability to read schematics
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical condition with the ability to work at heights
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Karachi

Working Hours: Full-time
