Concierge (Faro, Portugal)


We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and businesses to assist guests with their needs
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of Faro's attractions, restaurants, and events
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation.
