The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machinery and equipment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our machines, while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
