Warehouse Supervisor (Indian Candidates Preferred)

We are in need of a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a warehouse, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring timely and accurate shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse workers, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by employees at all times
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Communicate any issues or concerns to upper management

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
