Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting online English classes with students from around the world
- Creating lesson plans and materials tailored to individual student's needs
- Assessing student's progress and providing feedback for improvement
- Utilizing various teaching methods and techniques to engage students in learning
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience teaching English as a second language
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong understanding of language learning principles and methods
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different teaching styles

Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA)
- Experience teaching online or with virtual classrooms
