Concierge Assistant
Location: Eldoret, Kenya
As a Concierge Assistant at our luxury hotel in Eldoret, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will assist the Concierge Manager in ensuring that all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events based on guest preferences
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Make reservations for dining, spa treatments, and other services for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Handle special requests from VIP guests or special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
