Administrative Manager
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions, including but not limited to office supplies, equipment, facilities, and maintenance
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Monitor the performance of administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Keep track of company expenses and prepare financial reports
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: 1400$
Location: Al-Wakra (Indian nationality preferred)
