Preservation Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a preservation architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures by developing plans and strategies for their restoration, renovation, and conservation. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that preservation projects are executed efficiently and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural history, preservation techniques, and building codes. This is a contract position with competitive salary of 1300$ per month and includes free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Knowledge of architectural history, preservation techniques, and building codes
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of historical buildings or structures
- Develop plans for the restoration, renovation, or conservation of historical buildings or structures
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with plans and budgets
- Conduct research on historical buildings or structures to inform preservation strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in preservation architecture

Salary:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Chelyabinsk but we also welcome applicants from Canada or Kenya who are interested in relocation.

Language Requirements:
English language proficiency is preferred but not required.

Experience Level:
No prior experience required. Freshers are welcome to apply.
