Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's products, services, and pricing
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel's services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make strategic adjustments to sales plans
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking abilities with a proven ability to build relationships with clients
- Knowledge of revenue management principles preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages considered a plus)

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.
