IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Porto. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's information technology infrastructure, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's use of technology
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department
- Identify and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure the security of the organization's data and systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Train and support staff on new technology systems and processes
- Oversee the budget for the IT department and make cost-effective decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology is meeting their needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and software applications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology projects

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
