Teamlead - Mauren, India


We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Mauren, India. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring the successful completion of assigned projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance reviews
- Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to client specifications
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching or training as needed to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments or teams as necessary to ensure seamless coordination on project deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in project management or related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and communicate with clients at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Asana

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Mauren, India. Applicants must have their own valid visa for employment in India.
