Part-Time Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Khanpur. As a part-time employee, you will work closely with our architects and project managers to design and develop various architectural projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings using 2D and 3D software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
