Part-time Architectural Designer


We are actively seeking a talented and driven Architectural Designer to join our team in Khanpur. This part-time position offers flexible hours for individuals looking to gain experience or supplement their income while pursuing their education. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. You will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to bring these designs to life. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for projects
- Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design proposals
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field (students currently pursuing a degree are welcome)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Salary:
This part-time position offers a salary of $900 per month based on a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week.

Location:
This position is located in Khanpur, but remote work may be possible depending on project requirements.
