We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Triesen. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion. Your expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial design to final construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and other team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
