Part-Time Restaurant Manager



We are hiring a Part-Time Restaurant Manager for our establishment in Faisalabad. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent service and follow all policies and procedures
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $900 per month (part-time)

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
