Long Haul Truck Driver

We are searching for a reliable and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team in Bungoma. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across long distances. You must have a valid Biometric passport and be able to legally work in Bungoma. This position is open to both Pakistani and foreign nationals, with no English language requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Transport goods from one location to another, usually covering long distances
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Perform vehicle inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of cargo, mileage, fuel consumption, etc.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself, others on the road, and the cargo being transported

Requirements:
- Valid Biometric passport
- Legally allowed to work in Bungoma
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a truck driver
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Physically fit and able to load/unload cargo as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
