Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the preservation project is completed successfully while adhering to historical and architectural guidelines. Your duties will include conducting research, developing preservation plans, obtaining necessary permits, overseeing construction work, and managing budget and timelines. You must have a strong knowledge of architectural history and preservation techniques, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. This position may require travel to different locations within Shan or other parts of the country. Accommodation may be provided for candidates without a local residence. Biometric passport is required for this role.

Salary: 1400$ per month

Country: Preference for Indian candidates or those with experience working in India.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in historic preservation projects
- Experience working with local government agencies and obtaining permits
- Strong knowledge of architectural history and preservation techniques

As an English-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly customer service to our English-speaking clients. This position may involve handling inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. Your duties will include answering customer questions, resolving complaints or issues, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers. You must have excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
