Back-End Developer

We are hiring a skilled Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the server-side logic of our web applications. You will work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in back-end development
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
- Experience with web frameworks such as Spring or Django
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain efficient and scalable server-side code for our web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Optimize application performance by implementing best practices and identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure proper security measures are implemented for data protection
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Salary: $1600/month
