- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Finish concrete surfaces by applying sealants or waterproofing compounds
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in construction or concrete work is an asset but not required
