Online Consultant - Part Time (Braga, Portugal)
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and social media to assist them with their inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations and resolving customer complaints
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer client questions
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients in our database
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
