Computer Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with any computer-related issues. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, and we offer free visa and ticket for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
