IT Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal functioning
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with networking, including LAN/WAN protocols and TCP/IP
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies
Salary: 1400$

Location: Chelyabinsk (remote work options available)
