As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums and communities to ensure they maintain a positive and respectful environment. Your role will also involve moderating user-generated content, resolving conflicts, and enforcing community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and communities to ensure they maintain a positive and respectful environment
- Moderate user-generated content, ensuring it adheres to community guidelines
- Resolve conflicts between users in a professional manner
- Enforce community policies and take appropriate action against users who violate them
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve community engagement and growth

Requirements:
- Must be Canadian with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to diffuse tense situations
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven experience in customer service or community management is an asset
- Must have a biometric passport (or be willing to obtain one)
- Availability for urgent issues that may arise outside of regular working hours
