Office Manager - Karachi, Pakistan
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our office in Karachi, Pakistan. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative tasks and provide support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and coordinating meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and handle any necessary repairs or replacements
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Coordinate with external vendors for services like cleaning, maintenance, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating reports for senior management as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with additional benefits.
