Merchandiser


A reputable retail company in Khasab is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation and layout of our products in-store to attract and engage customers. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to showcase products in an attractive and effective manner
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed, priced, and stocked according to company standards
- Collaborate with sales teams to create displays that highlight promotions or new products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise displays
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency in visual presentation across all locations
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's strategies to improve visual merchandising tactics
- Train new team members on proper merchandising techniques and standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for product displays
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for inventory management purposes
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods of time

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Khasab, Oman (Accommodation provided)
