Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel services to potential clients. You will develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other relevant partners to drive business and increase revenue. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other relevant partners
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure business
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide exceptional customer service during the sales process and throughout the client's stay
- Communicate client feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement
- Prepare reports on sales activities, progress, and projections for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with market trends in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month (or negotiable based on experience)

Location: Karachi (candidate must be willing/able to relocate if not currently living in Karachi)
