Barista

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee and drinks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately
- Prepare drinks according to customers' preferences and specifications
- Ensure quality control by using fresh ingredients and following recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell products to customers when applicable
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
