Administrative Assistant
Location: Muscat, Oman
We are a rapidly expanding company looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Muscat. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing documents and presentations, and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Keep track of office expenses and manage budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant computer software programs.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English; knowledge of Filipino language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
