Factory Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery in our factory. You will also be required to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and ensure that all equipment is running smoothly.

The ideal candidate for this role should have previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting. They should also be detail-oriented and possess strong technical skills. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Complete production reports and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating machines in a factory or industrial setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow production specifications
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CNC machines or other advanced machinery
- Knowledge of safety procedures in an industrial setting
- Forklift certification is a plus
