Preservation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Utena. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of historic buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to develop plans that meet their preservation goals while also complying with local and national regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and identify areas in need of preservation or restoration
- Develop detailed preservation plans that address the specific needs of each project while also adhering to budget and timeline constraints
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the safe and effective execution of preservation projects
- Monitor construction progress and conduct site visits to ensure that work is being carried out according to preservation plans
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision for the project and provide regular updates on progress
- Conduct research on historical building materials, techniques, and styles to inform preservation decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an architect, preferably with a focus on historic preservation
- Strong knowledge of local and national regulations related to historic preservation
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and other team members
- Experience managing projects from conception through completion
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Fluency in English is required
