Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget
- Develop detailed plans and blueprints for commercial buildings
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee construction process to ensure design is executed accurately
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building technology
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:
-Filipino nationality
-Knowledge of sustainable design principles
