Hotel Sales Manager
Our luxury hotel in Muscat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing sales through proactive market research, strategic planning, and effective sales techniques. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop creative sales strategies to attract new clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Create and implement promotional campaigns to drive occupancy rates during low seasons
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and repeat business
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Canadian nationality preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
