A reputable education center in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students in various subjects. This position is suitable for men and offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students
- Assess student's progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Prepare students for exams by reviewing material and practicing test-taking strategies
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to create a supportive learning environment for students
- Stay up-to-date with current curriculum and teaching methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience as a Tutor or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught
- Patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
