Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist (Contract Position)


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Khanpur. In this contract position, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to client requests for technical support via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to computers, printers, networking equipment, and other technology systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Educate clients on how to use technology effectively to improve their productivity
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with computer systems and troubleshooting technical issues (experience in a customer service or help desk role is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or coursework is a plus)

Salary:
This contract position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.
