Part-Time Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in information security and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is required, but a basic understanding of computer systems and networks is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in systems and networks
- Monitor for potential security breaches and investigate any reported incidents
- Implement necessary security measures and protocols to protect company data
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and threats, and make recommendations for improvements
- Assist with creating and maintaining security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data for potential risks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: Starting at 1200$ per month, commensurate with experience.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (local candidates preferred but open to remote candidates)
