Senior Commercial Architect

As a leading commercial architect in Lisbon, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Commercial Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Your expertise in commercial architecture will be crucial in creating functional and visually appealing spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for their commercial space
- Create detailed designs and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications
- Manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in commercial architecture and integrate new technologies into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Lisbon
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, as well as benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
