Office Manager for a Growing Company in El-Ain

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing support to our team. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, has excellent communication skills, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Create reports and presentations as needed
- Provide support to the team with various tasks as necessary
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in office management or administration is preferred but not required
We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. This position does not require any previous experience or accommodation arrangements. However, candidates must have their own valid visa.
