Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are currently hiring for the position of Architecture Manager in Funchal. This is a part-time role with a salary of $1700 per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities and provide accommodation for our employees.

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within our company. This includes providing guidance and direction to the architecture team, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a high standard of quality.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in architecture and experience in managing teams. A degree in architecture or a related field is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the architecture team
- Oversee all architectural projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding project updates
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural management role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Good understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure
