PHP Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced PHP Developer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using PHP, MySQL, and other related technologies. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using PHP and MySQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and provide technical expertise
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot issues and debug code to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and suggest new technologies or solutions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a PHP Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
- Familiarity with database design principles and SQL queries
- Excellent understanding of OOP concepts and MVC architecture
- Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
