Experienced Gardener - Porto, Portugal



We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining our gardens and outdoor spaces to the highest standard. This is a full-time job with accommodation provided. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who has a passion for gardening and takes pride in their work. This job is open to both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for gardens, plants, trees, and shrubs
- Prune and trim bushes, hedges, and trees
- Plant new flowers, trees, and shrubs as needed
- Weed flower beds and garden areas
- Water gardens and lawns regularly
- Monitor plant health and identify any potential issues
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides or other treatments as needed
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of garden tools and equipment storage area

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different plants, their care requirements, and pest control methods
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
