Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Faro, Portugal

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure successful project delivery within budget constraints
- Oversee a team of architects and provide guidance on project tasks
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Prepare presentations for clients and participate in meetings to discuss project updates
